VINI DELLA PUGLIA

Join us on Sunday afternoon! A four-course meal and paired wines! Menu inspired by the famous food region of Puglia!

Menu: Cocktail on arrival four wines included with complimentary refills.

Entree: Pittule con vin cotto - Small delicious pasta made fried “frittelle” topped with a vin cotto sauce.
Mains: Polpo in pignata - Delicious Sunshine Coast octopus cooked in a traditional Puglia style served with crispy bread.
Mains: Orecchiette con cime di rapa - Homemade orecchiette with (turnip greens) flavoured with a Puglia style.
Dessert: Cestello alla frutta - Delicious shortcrust pastry filled with a Puglia style custard and fresh fruit.
Wine pairing: Negroamaro-primitivo, four wines with complimentary refills. All wines sourced from Puglia, Italy!
